We are an independent pizza provider and we do things the old-fashioned way and go against the “corporate” norm. We have been here in Downtown San Diego since 2001, providing quality food to the surrounding community. We hand-toss all of our pizzas in the “old-school” manner and bake them in our vintage brick ovens. All of our sauces are made in-house, all of our toppings are prepared fresh daily, we use 100% real mozzarella cheese and make our own dough daily. Little secret about our dough, we “proof” it over night, which ensures that it has a “flaky” finish without a “cracker” quality. If you want to tell the quality of a pizza, look underneath it. It’s kinda like a luxury car, a “Mercedes” looks a lot different from underneath than a “Yugo”.
