Manage Your Account

Signing up on Pitnit takes only a few minute and allows you to create your profile instantly. All you need is a valid email ID that will be used to verify your account on Pitnit. Alternatively, you can also sign up using your Facebook or Google+ account.

If you are a business owner and want to create a business listing on Pitnit, you can Add Your Busines here for free. In order to list your business, you first need to Sign Up on Pitnit and then add your business.

Even if you are not associated with any business or organization, there is a lot you can do on Pitnit! Using your Pitnit social profile, you can easily stay connected with your friends and followers, share updates, photos, events or links. You can explore the best local businesses in your area and get access to reliable customer reviews, business ratings, recommendations and much more!

You can reset your password by clicking the ‘forgot your password?’ link on the sign in page. you will be redirected to a page where you can reset your password by following the given instructions.

In order to complete the sign up process, you need to verify your email address. To do so, click on the confirmation link that you will receive on your email address provided during sign up.

Click on the Main Settings link on the top right corner of the navigation bar and click on the edit icon placed against the email address. Enter your current and new password and click on the Save button.

If you have used the services of any business, we encourage you to share your experience on Pitnit. In order to write a review, you need to login to Pitnit or sign up, if you are a new user.

You can write a review by clicking on the ‘Add a Review’ button on the business page you are viewing. You can also give ratings and add images to your review.

Protecting your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We do not share your personal information with any third parties, unless otherwise stated in our Privacy Policy.

We understand the privacy concerns of our users. On Pitnit, you have the option to control who sees your personal information or who can contact you. Privacy control and visibility settings options are available throughout the various pages on Pitnit, wherever there are features that allow you to share your personal information, when you post an update, post images, create events, groups, chat etc.

To deactivate your account on Pitnit, login to your account and click on the Main Settings link on the top right corner of the navigation bar and click on ‘Account Settings’. Now click on the Deactivate Your Account tab and follow the given instructions.

Manage Business Listings



To search for a business you´re looking for, follow these steps:

  1. Select the country and the state from the respective dropdown fields. Now enter the search keywords like business name and location in the given field.
  2. Click the "Search" button to find relevant business listings.
Alternatively, you can explore the popular businesses in your area by clicking on any of the category names and selecting the location to get business results matching your search.

To add a business to Pitnit, click on the Add a Free Listing link on the top navigation bar. The Create Business Page opens up. Here, you need to fill in the business details like your business name, category, contact and location information, website URL, business description and other details to add your business listing on Pitnit. Entering your complete information will give you the best results in terms of business visibility and online reputation.

On the business listing page, click on the Edit button below the cover photo. The admin panel of your business page is displayed. Click on the Edit Location tab and then click on the Add New Location button to the right. Enter the new location details in the New Location form that appears. Alternatively, you can also use the map to set your business location. Do so by dragging the location icon to your chosen location on the map. The location details will be filled automatically. Enter the contact details of your new location and click on Save to update your new location details. If you already have multiple locations added, you can set any of the addresses as your default location by clicking on the given radio button.

On the business listing page, click on the Edit button below the profile photo. The admin panel of your business page is displayed. Click on the Edit Location tab and then click on the Add New Location button to the right. In the Complete Address field, enter your complete business address and click on tab or any other field. If the address is valid, the other location detail fields are filled automatically. You will need to enter the Suburb field manually.

In order to switch or access your business, you first need to Sign In with your registered Email Address. After successfully signing in, you will be redirected to the dashboard where you can mouse hover on the list icon in the header (next to the Pitnit logo) and fetch the businesses created by you. Now click on any business and the account gets switched to the same. You can even make changes to your business page by using the Edit Profile option in settings.

If you wish to remove your business listing from Pitnit, you can do so by accessing the Account Settings page by clicking on the Settings icon on the top right of the navigation bar. Then click on Business Page link on the left column and then click on the Delete icon against the business you want to remove from Pitnit.
