We are a group of family members that started boiling crawfish at a young age, and now we are branching out to cook for other people. Chris Reine is the founder; the other members are his son Taylor Reine and his two nephews Travis and Lance Dodson.
We created the name 3 Gen Boilers back in 2013 for a crawfish cook off for St. Matthews fund raiser in New Orleans, LA. The name is for the 3 generations of our family that have and will continue to boil great crawfish. The first generation is the founder Chris Reine. The second is Travis Dodson, Taylor Reine, and Lance Dodson. And the Third is for Taylor's children Camden and Brayden Reine.
We have perfected our recipe over the years, and think we have that taste in our crawfish that everyone will enjoy. Our crawfish is cooked in Louisiana seasoning and use fresh produce and products to ensure a great tasting crawfish. we cans add any thing from sausage to artichoke hearts. what every you want you got it. And if you don't know what to put in the boil we can guide you in the right direction.
