In financial services, ARGO specializes in Lending, Sales & Service, and Teller Payments. Using our experience in real-time networking and database system integrations, we developed Analytics solutions for forecasting, fraud detection, and search needs.
Our commitment extends to healthcare, where we deliver state-of-the-art informatics and analytical methods for Entity Resolution and Fraud solutions. We serve the Enterprise Master Patient Index space with expertise in provider and patient matching technology and human adjudication workflow applications.
- Our Teller Payments customers gained operational efficiencies with 98 percent of transactions perfected at the teller line, reducing costs and improving customer service. Our new enhancement will allow consumers to directly exchange payment items at the time of presentment, to reduce the potential for fraud.
- In our Lending and Credit areas, we offer solutions for consumer, business, and commercial lending. New mortgage real estate and post-closing tracking capabilities will help us reach our goal of having one consumer-loan origination facility.
- An integrated, multichannel solution, Sales & Service provides tools for acquiring and growing customer relationships. Enhancements will revolve around customer profiling, offer management, user experience, workflow efficiency, and customer retention and attrition.
- In Fraud Detection and Prevention, we help uncover internal, identity, and transaction fraud. To help our customers identify risk at the point of transfer across all of lines of business, we will add functionality to our solutions.
