Atlas Allen is a certified Master Personal Trainer. He also has
certifications in CPR/AED Instructor, Professional Rescuer Instructor, First Aid, Sports Nutrition, Advanced Weight Management,
Women’s Fitness, Advanced Flexibility Specialist, and Youth Fitness
from the International Fitness Professionals.
Atlas started strength training and nutrition consulting with wrestlers
at William Henry Harrison High School in Evansville, Indiana, in 1993.
In 2001, he began personal training and nutrition counseling at Fitness
World of Evansville, IN, where he became one of the primary personal
trainers and nutrition consultants.
October of 2003 marked Atlas’ start of nutrition consulting with
the S.O.U.L. Empowerment Fitness and Nutrition program at the
Neighborhood Enrichment Education Development Site of Evansville,
IN. In October of 2004, Atlas was promoted to the position of Fitness
Director for S.O.U.L. Empowerment where he currently shares his 15-
years-plus experience in personal training and nutrition consulting.
In 2012 Atlas was hired to teach Professional Rescuer, CPR, AED, and
First Aid for Ivy Tech Community College and The Red Cross.
Having earned an Associate of Science degree in Electronic Engineering,
Atlas is currently working towards his Bachelors’ degree in Exercise
Science, with the goal of earning a Masters Health Services Administration
from the University of Evansville.
