Combat Training, Blade Arts & Sparring are good practice in Martial Arts, if trained properly one will improve quickly. However, a solid foundation in the basics and understanding of the core principles of fighting are essential. It is not which style is the best or who is stronger, it is about developing ones self, strength and abilities to protect yourself.
Your Strength and Health are traditionally just as important as the fighting arts. As the two go hand in hand together with our philosophy of egoless training and good character.
By adopting this philosophy we can conduct a progressive class where we learn & practice Martial Virtue and that "failure" is actually a tool to demonstrate where we can grow.
It is not about who wins or losses here, we are constantly training to improve our techniques and turning our weaknesses into strengths. We are to further develop our skills in fighting, combat & health, not superiority. Martial Arts is for everyone!
