Daily baked pitas, made from scratch hummus, falafel, chicken and lamb shawarma, hand-chopped salads and pilaf style rice - this is a very focused offering from our new restaurant startup.
Bandora was set up to bring the most democratic Middle-Eastern street food to the States while keeping its authenticity and depth of the taste palette. Our meals are fulfilling and offer a large variety of options for vegetarians and meal lovers.
At Bandora we treat money as an indicator of success instead of the primary driver. We established the company with a clear goal to become a force for good: Bandora pays higher than the average wages, takes care of the community and environment, and strives for ultimate transparency (we open all the books except for the personal data and our secret recipes, put webcameras to the kitchen and share lessons learned with other entrepreneurs).
We are bootstrapping Bandora and besides two food trucks opening our first restaurant in Atlanta. Our vision, indeed, is to build a truly scalable business.
