OUR MISSION
Bauman College is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that educates future leaders, thinkers, and creators in the holistic nutrition and culinary arts professions to support people in achieving optimal health and create a paradigm shift in the way our world thinks about food.

Our goal is to change the way people consume food from convenience to conscious eating. We provide students with a comprehensive understanding of nutrition, culinary arts, and business practices to prepare them for career success. Bauman College is committed to spreading personal, community, and global wellness through increased awareness of the healing power of fresh, whole food.

OUR PROGRAMS
At Bauman College, both the Nutrition Consultant and Natural Chef training programs encompass the revolutionary ideas and scientific approach to nutrition that have been the foundation for what Bauman College is today. The Nutrition Consultant Training Program focuses on holistic nutrition that goes beyond supporting one dietary choice over another. The Natural Chef Training Program combines classical culinary training with modern therapeutic applications.

Choose from our locations in one of the most beautiful and health-supportive communities in the country: Berkeley and Penngrove in Sonoma County, California; or learn from anywhere with our online Nutrition Consultant Training Program via Distance Learning.
