You can consider this a weight-loss program; however, we are really targeting healthy body composition. No gimmicks, no gadgets... an economical and effective method that works.
Targeted at those that have transitioned out of Transformation or have well established healthy eating habits. It is based on highly efficient 30 minute total body personal training sessions tailored to your goals and abilities. Results can be experienced is as little as two sessions weekly. After your initial assessment to determine your basic fitness foundation, a program is designed specifically for you.
Uncover your body’s true potential. Twelve (12) week program for those that need more support with their nutrition. It is intended for those concerned with their current state of health, or to compliment an existing fitness training effort.
