Put it all together and you've got CRUfit Oakland, a neighborhood fitness club where anyone can work with our highly qualified and experienced team of instructors to get fit. We aim to deliver measurable fitness gains to all members. Those who have not been active for a while will find CRUfit to be a comfortable club where they can ramp-up slowly, establishing a workout routine appropriate for their needs. Our 101 introductory classes are an excellent place for everyone to try out a new form of training and exercise. CRUfit trainers in all classes give special attention to newer participants as appropriate. More experienced members will be challenged by the CRUfit's carefully selected team of top trainers in the San Francisco Bay Area. Beyond physical training, we aspire to make our club an inviting place for all our members to hang out and socialize with other members and our staff. CRUfit is an active member of the Montclair Village Association and aims to integrate with other neighborhood associations. We welcome everyone of all fitness levels to be part of the CRUfit Community!
