Executive Chef Blythe Bridges, a cutting edge chef from Fort Worth, TX has dreamed of opening her own restaurant from a very young age and her time has come! She is very excited to share her unique twist on southern cuisine.
She attended the Art Instutite of Dallas, TX and received her Culinary Arts degree as well as a Food & Beverage Operations Management degree at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, PA.
Chef Blythe has helped open, manage and create menus for many restaurants; catered an exclusive party for Superbowl XLV at the Cotton Bowl and cooked/bar-tended at the TNT Celebrity All Star Party.
