DRiV is a place where people become strong, the individual becomes part of a community, and most importantly where everyone becomes healthy and fit. We are an officially affiliated CrossFit gym that believes in training for life. Our program is completed in a group setting and designed around functional fitness, which means our workouts involve exercises that mimic everyday movements so that you can become stronger and more efficient in day to day activities. We concentrate first and foremost on proper mechanics, then on consistency, and finally intensity. This formula is what will keep our athletes safe and successful.
Our certified staff has trained everyone from the elderly to professional athletes. We have unparalleled experience related to most CrossFit gyms, regular gyms, or fitness centers. We are here to offer a one-of-a-kind experience and are committed to helping our athletes achieve their goals, both in and outside of the gym.
We are now coaching M-F evenings and Saturday morning. The on-ramp series begins every Monday at 5:30 for new comers.
