We specialize in fresh seafood, raw bar, pasta, steaks, specialty drinks and wine.
The restaurant has a large outdoor gardenlike seating area consisting of 100 seats overlooking the Palisades and Hudson River. The interior of restaurant can accommodate up to 200 people with multiple dining rooms, an upstairs private party room and a lush lounge and wine bar area.
Dolphin’s menu spans across Europe with stops all over the world. We grow two kinds of basil, rosemary, chives, cilantro, parsley, dill and thyme that are cut daily during the growing season to really make our dishes stand out in freshness.
We are open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, with brunch on the weekends. We cater to business networking groups looking for simple hors d’oeuvres all the way up to six-course, sit down dinners.
