Leadership Communication Coaching for Executives & Management Teams
You’re more likely to try new things when it’s your idea, fits your personal style and can be said and done in your own way. Rich Drinon’s coaching helps you improve on your own terms!
Rich’s approach draws new ideas, goals and commitment to action from leaders through the coach’s facilitation of questions, answers, brainstorming and exercises. The leader is responsible for setting goals, thinking, planning and acting. The coach’s role is bringing out the best in the participant through means that support learning and accountability and guide the leader towards his or her goal.
Coaching helps senior and emerging leaders refine skills in the important areas of communication, relationships, results, change and decisions. Coaching is offered on-site or through phone or video-conference call.
