Before she founded Falls Flowers, owner, Peicha Chang was a designer and manager at Bow Street Flowers, a floral design shop in Boston. Clients included world-renowned cellist Yo-Yo Ma, Harvard University and other high-end clients from the prestigious Beacon Hill area. At Bow Street, Peicha honed her design sensibilities and discovered her love of garden style design. Peicha is a graduate of Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts and lives and works in East Falls where she shares her lifelong love of plants and flowers with her community.
Our shop “lives” sustainably and is a certified B corporation. Falls Flowers integrates sustainable practices into everything from recycled ribbons and waxed paper to cardboard wrapping. We recycle and/or compost all but one kitchen sized bag of trash per week and nearly half of our flowers are either locally sourced or organically certified. Our shop floor is made of recycled, pressed wood chips and the counter is made from reclaimed wood from a barn in West Chester, PA.
