We teach accountability … and with our daily feedback about your food intake, we know that you will achieve the results you want.At the Fit180 studio, we focus strictly on one-on-one personal training. To ensure that our clients are getting the most out of their personal training sessions, only professional personal trainers with clients are allowed on the gym floor.
