After 20 years of cooking Chinese food, my repertoire of recipes includes traditional dishes from many regions of China, including Mandarin, Szechuan, Hunan, and Peking Styles. As well as taking care to use only the freshest and highest quality ingredients in everything we serve. I rely on quality ingredients of flavor and texture. I personaly make all the sauce and season the meats. I meticulously train my chefs so that they can duplicate my special dish exactly in my absence.
