Healthy Fit People is an outdoor group fitness program with nutritional advice that has been created for busy women of all fitness levels. Our aim at Healthy Fit People to to help you achieve your health and fitness goals with the minimum amount of thinking on your part.
We have done all the hard work for you, planned fun, women specific workouts that focus on all the areas we love to hate – tummy, butt, arms and thighs. As well a fantastic fitness program we will also provide you with ongoing nutritional hints and tips to ensure you achieve your goals. After all it’s a known fact that nutrition is just as important as exercise when it come to achieving your results.
Healthy Fit People training sessions are made up of friendly girls that you will get to know throughout your course and will help push you just that little bit further. It’s a great opportunity to not only lose weight, get fit and have fun but to also make some new friends and get amazing results along the way.
