Here is some information about our nutrition/meal planning programs, that all include unlimited contact and never ending support:
IGNITE offers at minimal a 12-week nutritional/meal planning program. I will break down your meals by macro nutrient intake (protein/carbohydrates/fats/fiber) and calories. We will talk about foods you like, dislike and will work around food allergies and intolerances to incorporate that into your individualized meal plan. Each client monitors their plan daily and submits the data to me weekly. The plan is always able to change and foods can be substituted in and out as needed. We can make foods fit in the plan, based on activity levels, body composition, and daily schedules to fit your needs. Each plan is different, because each individual is different.
IGNITE also offers a more intensive contest prep program for those looking to compete in athletics, bikini, physique or bodybuilding competitions.
Those looking for more of a lifetime change can participate in IGNITE’s year-long nutritional planning program.
