After returning from culinary school in Florence, Italy, Shellie found her true calling in the event planning industry in San Diego. As a caterer she found out quickly that in most cases there was not a wedding planner or event coordinator hired by the bride and groom or company to take charge of all the vendors and the timelines for the event.Disasters followed with frazzled nerves from vendors, parents, family friends, bridesmaids or front desk personal who were put in charge with little or no experience. Spur of the moment decisions were made that made things worse.For Shellie this was completely unacceptable. She got into action and became the coordinator at all of her events. She got all the vendors on the same page and timeline. She counseled her clients on what worked best and looked best. Success with smooth flowing events followed. Happy, relaxed and organized vendors brought hugely successful events and lots of happy clients
