Experience all of our class formats; Dance Mixx, Fusion, Interval, Strike (aka-kickboxing), Strength only, Core and Flip Fusion!
Each workout begins by warming up each muscle group to prepare for cardio.
Our cardio workout is designed to pump your heart rate up quickly to the fat burning zone and then, at a steady rate, come back down. During the second half of your workout we integrate strength training; targeting all upper body muscle groups, your core and abdominal muscles as well as all lower body muscle groups. Following strength we will end with a stretch routine affecting each of the muscle groups you worked during your one-hour workout.
