Kindred Hospital Indianapolis delivers a wide range of hospital services. Kindred Hospital is a 59-bed transitional care hospital providing specialized long-term acute care to medically complex patients who require continued care and extended recovery time. We are licensed by the State of Indiana, certified by Medicare and Medicaid certified and accredited by The Joint Commission.
Kindred Hospital Indianapolis has a six-bed intensive care unit, telemetry capability in medical/surgical units, special negative airflow isolation rooms and dialysis suites. We offer 24-hour physician coverage for our patients with many of our doctors coming from the major short-term acute care hospitals in downtown Indianapolis. We provide specialty care for patients requiring a prolonged hospitalization and rehabilitation through services including:
