Established in 2010.Make Good began with a hope for bringing locally handcrafted wonders to our friends and neighbors. Sophia, Make Good's founder and owner, grew up thrift-store shopping, which developed into a love for making and creating, usually from found items and recycled materials, things she could give new life to. Here in San Diego and Tijuana, Sophia found others who loved doing the same, and still others who loved buying items that they knew were locally handcrafted, original creations that can't be found anywhere else. From this ideal, Make Good was born.San Diego is home to a vibrant, thriving handmade arts movement, and Make Good has found itself in the middle of it. With over 100 artists from San Diego and Tijuana, it's a labor a love, and one we're deeply grateful for. Every piece we sell has a story. We love sharing those, so stop by and say hello.
Located in San Diego, in the neighborhood of South Park, Make Good carries only 100% locally crafted arts, jewelry, clothing, accessories and home goods, made by artists in San Diego and Tijuana. Giving new life to old things, many use recycled fabrics, vintage jewelry, found objects and whatever else they can find to remake into handmade wonders. And clothing... oh, the clothing. Make Good features rescued clothing by top designers and brands, at 40-80% off retail prices.
