What is NOW Boot Camp?
A six-week fun and challenging group fitness program focused on full-body transformation; led by knowledgeable and experienced certified Personal Trainers. Boot Camp meets for 1 hour, two days per week. In addition to progressive workouts, NOW Boot Camp also includes nutritional counseling, motivational training, group accountability, and a professional evaluation report (with before and after photo) that measures the progress you made during the camp - a huge motivational tool! You will see and feel your results, and your customized evaluation report will detail your results in black and white!
WHEN DOES YOUR NEXT CAMP START?

WHAT IS NOW BOOT CAMP?

We have options for 2-day and 3-day per week Boot Camps. The majority of our workout sessions are 1 hour; however, we also have a Midday Madness Camp which offers a quick 30 minute workout at lunchtime. In addition to progressive workouts, NOW Boot Camp also includes nutritional counseling, motivational training, group accountability, and a professional evaluation report that measures the progress you made during the camp - a huge motivational tool! You will see and feel your results, and your customized evaluation report will detail your results in black and white!
WHAT IF I'M OUT OF SHAPE?
We will help you get in shape! One of the biggest mistakes people make is thinking that they have to get in shape before coming to Boot Camp. We structure our workouts so that all fitness levels are able to participate and be challenged. So whether you are just coming off the couch, or are very athletic, our program is for you! BTW...some of our campers who are the most apprehensive and nervous about camp end up being our biggest raving fans! That could be you too!
WHY NOW BOOT CAMP?
NOW Boot Camp is not your typical yell, scream, and beat you into shape program. While other boot camps may approach every workout with a "kitchen sink" concept, where they throw everything they can think of at you to push you to your limits, our approach is much more structured and based upon progression. Make no mistake, you will be challenged each workout, but we will progress the workouts throughout the 6 week camp in a safe and effective way so that you are able to keep up with the workouts, but also get the results that you are looking for! Participating in NOW Boot Camp can completely change your perception of exercise! Let us show you that you are capable of achieving more than you thought was possible, and have fun while you are doing it! The group dynamic will help provide a support system and accountability to keep you motivated and moving forward!
WHAT DOES NOW BOOT CAMP COST?
If you are a first time Boot Camper, your cost is $199 or $149 for our 2-day camp sessions, and an additional $100 or $50 to add on a 3rd day. HOWEVER, after you have joined one camp, you can return for any future camp at half-price! That's right, the 2-day camp becomes $99 or $75, and adding a 3rd day only costs an additional $50. Furthermore, if you refer a new camper who signs up, you are entitled to a $50 or $25 referral discount! Nowhere else will you find that kind of deal...and that is one of the reasons we have so many returning boot campers!
WHEN DOES NOW BOOT CAMP MEET?
We currently offer a number of Camp options in both Montgomery and Prattville. The Black Camp (MG) meets on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 5:30am to 6:30am, the Orange Camp (MG) and the Prattville Camp meet on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 5:30pm to 6:30pm, the Gray Camp (MG) meets on Wednesday and Friday mornings from 5:30am to 6:30am, and the Midday Madness Camp meets on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 12:15pm to 12:45pm. We also have additional days that can be added to any of these 2-day base camps. We have a Monday morning workout in MG from 5:30am to 6:30am, a Friday Midday workout from 12:15pm to 12:45pm, and we've recently added Saturday morning workouts from 8am to 9am. The Saturday workouts are special, and anyone can attend even if they aren't signed up for a standard Boot Camp session. The cost to attend all 6 Saturday workouts is $50 if paid up front, or $15 per workout you attend.
WHERE DOES NOW BOOT CAMP MEET?
Montgomery Camps (Grey, Black, Orange and Midday) meet in the gymnasium (also called the Family Life Center) of Heritage Baptist Church at 1849 Perry Hill Road, Montgomery, AL. The Prattville Camp meets in the "Square" at Journey Church located at 435 Sheila Blvd. Prattville, AL. Click on the Camps menu above and then select one of the camps from the list in order to access a google map of NOW Boot Camp with more detailed information.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
A pair of dumbbells (5-10 lbs.) women & for men (10-15 lbs.), an exercise mat (optional), water bottle, sweat towel, running or cross-training shoes with good cushion/support.
WHAT RESULTS CAN I EXPECT?
Depending upon your goals, weight loss, improved body composition (% of body fat and lean muscle), reduced waist/hip line, increased muscular strength and endurance, increased cardiovascular endurance, increased flexibility, improved self-confidence and overall health improvement. To put it simply...you will look better, feel better be healthier, have a great time, and make some friends in the process!
HOW DO I SIGN UP?

After you have completed the registration, we will be in touch with you to schedule your pre-Boot Camp evaluation meeting. At this meeting we will talk with you one on one and conduct some brief assessments. We'll also provide you with some additional information about what to expect in Boot Camp along with some helpful tips!
