Established in 2008.My name is Dan Hark, I am the Trainer and own the business No Excuses Fitness Training. Since I could walk I have been involved in organized sports. From Ice Hockey, soccer and wrestling through grade school, into Professional Mixed Martial Arts during college, I have a vast knowledge of athletic and creative exercises and training that I've accumulated throughout my ongoing athletic career. After college i came back to my high school to coach the Wrestling team, which sparked my path the fitness industry. I made my way through the LA Fitnesses, Fitness Togethers, and 24's, and in 2008 we opened our own Fitness Studio. I am in this industry for one reason and one reason only, get people were they want/need/dream to be. Lets get to work....
