Nia is a body-mind-spirit movement technique that incorporates Dance arts, Martial arts, and the Healing Arts. Nia is a self-healing sensory based fitness practice that promotes moving according to the body's way. And by listening to the voice of the body, we gain body literacy and develop a healthy relationship with our bodies.
