•Survival Bracelets are made with 7 to 9 feet of 550 pound test paracord.
•Each cord contains 7 inner strands, each twisted strand holds 35 pounds. Each strand is made of 2 strings, each of those can hold 7.5 pounds. The outer sheath holds 330 pounds without the inner strings.
•Certified 550 paracord will not break before a minimum of 550 pounds. (While whole and in ideal condition)
•Paracord is quick drying, light weight, and will not rot or mildew.
•For every inch of braid there is about a foot of rope.
