PrePaired was conceived in 2011 by Andrew Hardin. Having worked in the culinary industry for almost ten years he decided to make his escape from hospitality. Having cooked everywhere from pizza place to fine dining Andrew had a grandiose love affair for all foods. He soon began home brewing and after a short stint in Colorado soon also fell in love with craft beer. Very quickly Andrew starting combining his two passions, food and beer. While Studying to become a Certified Cicerone ,soon after what started as a dinner party for his friends was quickly blooming into a string of not for profit events. After About Five events including "The Stouting" ,a pot luck party with a live band and only stouts being served, Andrew decided to take the next step. In late 2014 he filed for his LLC under "PrePaired Beer and Food." In 2015 ,after a bunch of hard work ( not to mention paperwork) "PrePaired" was officially birthed into the Buffalo beer and food scene. PrePaired's first official event stuck to the not for profit roots that spawned the concept in the first place. on April 18th of 2015 Prepaired donated its service to Beerology at the Buffalo Museum of Science. An annual fundraiser for the upkeep and operating costs of the Museum. "My largest goal is to really enlighten people to the simple joys that can be experienced when you take the time to really think about the food and beverage you consume. Where the food comes from, the craftsmanship of the chefs and brewers that go into each dish and pint. I really think a lot of people have lost that true connection to their food and drink. I'd like to change that."
PrePaired continues to consult bars and restaurants on complimentary food and beverage menus, plan culinary events, help with beerfests and fundraisers.
