Redwood has a creative menu made from scratch. Chicken wings with our house chili sauce, fried Brussels sprouts, braised pork shank sandwich and our house veggie burger for the non meat eaters. For entrees Pork chop with cheddar and corn fritters, skirt steak with fries and trout with a poblano sauce. For brunch Wednesday thru Sunday we have chilaquiles, huevos rancheros, waffles and scrambles with hash browns. Redwood's atmosphere is relaxed, warm and inviting, a great addition to the Montavilla neighborhood.

Redwood opened January 9th 2013. Susie Blue had spent the last six years running the kitchen at Broder and a stint at Peter Bro's other restaurant Savoy, when she teamed up with her business partner Austin Putnam to open Redwood.
