Indian Cuisine, the food from the Indian subcontinent in Asia is primarily characterized by the extensive use of exquisite spices, herbs, vegetables, and exotic fruits. The subcontinent is as diversified in its culinary traditions as its languages and religions.
We wanted to create something that reflects modern India. We want to showcase modern Indian cuisine, art, architecture, and ambiance; but all while making sure we did not alter any of the traditional Indian roots. The concept was to create an atmosphere with the perfect blend of modern and traditional Indian culture.
