Jonathan Mattson, Executive Chef, Certified Specialist of Wine, and Level I Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers, has previously owned or managed 4 Italian restaurants in the Atlanta area. His passion for food & wine along with his restaurant management experience, led him to take over
and create a new experience at Zola Italian in July 2014.
Jennifer Halloran Mattson, Brand & Marketing, previously worked in Advertising and has a strong background in the retail industry and graphics. Her creative detail and passion for organic foods complimented with Jon's strengths to recreate the image and ambiance for Zola.
